PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order for a product on our online store page, click the -add to cart -button and Pay Pal will guide you through the process of making payment with your credit card or E check. You can also place your order by phone by calling Jade Dragon Tai Chi direct at 1-928-522-3693 (Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5 PM MST).
Jade Dragon Tai Chi International makes every attempt to fill all orders promptly, some items may be delayed or backordered. If this is the case, you will receive notification via email.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Jade Dragon Tai Chi International accepts payments online using Pay Pal as its merchant account. You can purchase your items using your credit card. We accept Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card with Pay Pal. You can also have your purchase amount taken directly from your checking account. Pay Pal will direct you in this process. If using a credit card, please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or failure to complete your order request.

You can also pay by check or money order by sending it to the address above. As soon as we receive your order by mail, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail to advise you of the shipping date.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
Jade Dragon Tai Chi International ships via USPS using their USPS priority rate.
All orders are shipped the same business day they are received providing we receive confirmation of your order before 11AM MST. Otherwise orders are shipped the next business day.

RETURNS
Jade Dragon Tai Chi International wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide within 30 days that you do not want the product you purchased, you may return it for a refund or exchange as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging. No refunds will be issued after the first 30 days.
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us and return it within the first 30 days in order to receive a refund or replacement. Please enclose a brief note stating the nature of the defect, and after our inspection we find the defect to be accurate, we will promptly replace the item. We make every effort to expedite this process and will ship you the replacement within 3 business days.
If you are returning a special offer DVD for any reason, you must return it within the first 30 days. We will authorize a credit to your credit card or issue a refund check if you paid by check or money order. Please note that there is a $5.00 restocking charge for all returns.
How to return:
When making a return, please include a short note as to why you are returning the item and if you'd like to replace it with another product. If you wish to exchange the item for something else, please indicate your wish to do so via email. Please make sure your email has your return address so we can match it up with your return. Our staff will make note of this and make the appropriate adjustments in price. You will be notified via e-mail of these adjustments and shipping delivery date.
All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking charge.

Please note: If you wish to only receive a refund for your unopened merchandise, the refund to your credit card will be made when your return is processed in our warehouse. Return shipping will be your responsibility and a $5.00 restocking charge will apply.
